My new favorite drink is call an ‘I am immortal’. Invented by the geniuses at Cafe Gratitude, it is delicious and SOSOSOSOSO good for you. Ingredients include: fresh almond milk, raw honey, cacao, and a power powder call ‘3 immortals’.
The magic is in this 3 immortals powder (no offense to the bees and all their hard work and awesome honey), a combination of Reishi, Shilajit and Ormus. Reishi is a sacred mushroom that grows in the Shanghai Mountains of Northeastern China and is hailed by Eastern medicine as the ‘mushroom of immortality’. Said to boost your immune system, fight cancer, ward off heart disease, calm nerves and relieve allergies and inflammation. Shilajit is a super nutritious mineral substance of fermented vegetation extracted from the cracks of the Himalayan Mountains of Nepal, Tibet and Bhutan. Health benefits include longevity, improving memory, anti-aging master rejuvenator, increasing the metabolism of proteins, removing toxins and metals, promoting bone health and so much more. Ormus is said to amplify ingredients it’s mixed with… So, in short, it’s miraculously good AND tasty and you should drink it.
I bought all the ingredients and i’ve started making them at home. The powder (sold at CG and here online) is a spendy $50, but well worth immortality and will last quite a hot sec. Or you can of course find it already made at your nearest Cafe Gratitude ;)
Drink well, live forever… hooray!
My guessed recipe:
1/2 teaspoon of 3 immortals
1 1/2 teaspoons of cacao
1 tablespoon of raw local honey (good for your allergies)
Mixed in 1/4 cup of hot water…
Then add desired amount of warm almond milk (about 1 cup for me)
